Gibson bass handrest either nickel (early 1960s) as shown in the first image, fitted to a 1962 Gibson EBO, or chrome plated (mid-late 1960s); second, third, and fourth images. As used on the EB-0, EB-2 (from mid-1965), EB-3, Epiphone Newport, Rivoli and Kalamazoo KB basses.
Note the black 'spacers'. These were by no means universally fitted to basses with these handrests; the pictured example come from a 1967 Epiphone Rivoli.
The fourth picture shows the handrest fitted to a 1966 Kalamazoo KB bass.
This part should not be confused with the bridge cover which replaced it from 1968, and was used throughout the 1970s.

Chrome plated handrests are fairly commonplace on ebay and typically go for $80-$120 or so. These were used on EB0, EB2, EB3 and Kalamazoo KB basses during their peak years. Nickel plated examples are much rarer, only being fitted to early (low production years) EB0 and EB3 - expect to pay up to $200 on ebay.
