Gibson part numbers 14575 (bass side), 14576 (treble side), 82510 (set). 1971-73. A widely used machine head in the early seventies, by Gibson and other companies (most notably Guild). Manufactured by Schaller in Germany - note the clover leaf button profile. Generally seen on the EB-0, EB-3, EB-4L and SB 350/450 Gibson basses.
The unit is mounted without the need for screws. The eyelet screws onto the head from the front of the headstock, with two raised tabs that slot into depressions on the headstock reverse to prevent turning. Post diameter: 1/2"; hole diameter: 11/16".

SALE PRICE & FREE USA SHIPPING!
This is one of the all-time great bass bridge designs! It's massive yet low-profile and you can adjust string height as well as string spacing quite easily. The roller saddle design places a lot less strain on string windings and this adds to sustain. Made in Germany with the DBP patent # so you know it's an early one, Some minor oxidation but no rust or pitting and all the adjustment screws turn freely. Includes the (3) original mounting screws.
